Marinated tuna fillet (masala, black pepper, soya sauce) grilled. An appetiser of thinly sliced apple, cucumber and rocket topped with wasabi aioli and wrapped in lightly grilled tuna. Served with fresh avocado slices, topped with dreshing wasabi and teriyaki. Sprinkled with furikaki 250 g.
