A unique interpretation of classic Japanese-style okroshka: wakame and hondashi-based broth with spicy notes of soy sauce, freshly squeezed cucumber juice, mini wontons stuffed with black cod, halibut and shrimp, seasoned with chili, ginger and lemongrass. Served with crispy cucumbers in a dressing of sunamono, sorrel and green onions. It is seasoned with lime juice, ginger and sesame oil.
